Goal
Improve general health and fitness as well as increase body weight
Gain strength and muscle mass
Increase lean muscle by another 5kg
I wanted to improve my general health and fitness and Julian helped me to set my objective of in improving my weight.
Julian is a professional and he knows a lot of theory. When I started I was 60kg and now am 65kg! So 5kg to go. Julian help me with what to eat and what not to eat which is really helpful.
