This high-energy HIIT training class designed and delivered by Julian at FAR fitness will give you maximum results in minimal time!
Great for all fitness levels, each session combines short, intense bursts of exercise with brief recovery periods to boost your heart rate, burn calories, and build strength in just 20 – 30 minutes.

What are the class times

How does the 2Minute fitness class differ?
Like other HIIT Classes my 2minute fitnes class is based on short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods HOWEVER, each round is 2 minutes long with a carefully selected exercise combination and soundtrack to give you a killer workout!
What ability is the class for?
Classes are for all fitness levels, and your trainer will provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.
Will this help me lose weight?
Yes! These classes are one of the most effective ways to burn calories and boost metabolism. The intense intervals keep your body burning fat even after your workout is over, helping with weight loss and muscle definition.
What should I bring to the class?
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. If the class involves weights, we provide the necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own mat if preferred.
Will the class help me to tone / build muscle?
Absolutely! HIIT incorporates bodyweight exercises and strength movements that help build lean muscle while also improving endurance and cardiovascular health.
Do I need a gym membership?
No! you wont need to have a gym membership to attend these sessions. Upon registration for your first class you’ll just need to complete the short enrollment process.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! To ensure a great experience for all participants, we recommend booking your class in advance. Spots can fill up quickly adn we have a clas capacity so secure yours early to avoid disapointment!
