Goal

Exercise rehabilitation after back injury

Improve back strength and posture

Be able to work pain free and continue to progress with regular exercise

After getting sick it was recommended by doctors that I take on some exercise.

I picked Julian because when I was looking for a Personal Trainer, I needed somebody specialising in recovery because I have hurt my back, and needed to recover to a point in which I am able to live a life without pain.

The ultimate goal is to be able to trek Machu Picchu on my own!
