Goal
Get with extra help with weight loss regime
Improve intensity of workouts
I started training to lose weight, get healthy and feel good about myself. I have tried in the past, but have never reached my goal, always getting stuck at week 8.
Over the last 12 weeks I have lost three and a haf inches from my “pouch”, so I am really pleased!
