Recover from hamstring injury to return to playing football

Improve all around strength, especially in his legs

I had injured my hamstring playing football and knew that I needed to recover and get stronger if I was going to play again. 

For the last three months training has been excellent. I feel much better now and I feel that I can now go back to football. The training has been fantastic!
