Goal
Improving on a weekly basis and continues mastering new exercises
working towards as unsupported handstand, improved balance and upper body strength
I started training for the same reason as most people. I wanted to get fitter.
Training with Julian I feel like I am getting a little bit stronger each time. I can now lift heavier weights and my balancing is improving the more that I practice.
Julian makes me work a lot harder than I would training by myself, he really pushes me.
