Goal

To improve overall fitness, nutrition and health.

Overcome injuries and keep a high standard of health and fitness in order to maintain all aspect of my life as he grows older.

You’ve got to be prepared that you’re going to go out of your comfort zone. And for me personally, I’ve been riddled with injuries, so don’t let kind of bad injuries or anything like that stop you.

In the sessions you’re not just doing one exercise for an hour, you’re doing a real full body workout. Be prepared to sweat, be prepared to be tired, but prepared to feel rewarded afterwards!
