Began training with Far Fitness following knee injury
Could not climb stairs or bear weight on her right leg without pain
Improve strength and be able to climb the stairs pain free
I chose Julian because as soon as I had a meeting with him I felt like he was very competent, you know with the medical side as well as the exercise. I found out that the best work for me was stetching. Just a day after doing the training I started to feel much better.
Little by little I can now go up the stairs with both legs!
